I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase from your website “Ikis Shop”. I have recently purchased a wallet and bag from your website, my order number is INV-12345. My package is arrived this morning, unfortunately there is some issue with my package.
Firstly, the color I order was Blue Navy but my first shoes is black and my second shoes is blue navy. Secondly, the brand that I was order was Adidas and Nike but the package I got branded Adidas both.
I’m going to go aboard on next Monday, so I don’t have enough time. I think this matter deserve your urgent attention. I want you to respond quickly, choosing to refund my money or send back to my order.
